Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize and execute all secretarial duties attached to Deputy Director; national Programme & Liaison Policy (IGR), effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Grade 12 / NQF level 4 plus diploma in Secretarial Management or Office Administration or Public

Administration.

  • 6 – 12 months relevant experience
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Office Applications and
  • Good communication and coordinating.
  • Good telephone use etiquette in handling all incoming and outgoing telephone calls and direct them
