Summary of Role

We are looking to employ an administrator / sales and marketing experienced candidate to manage administrative duties and assist with the company’s sales and marketing within the FMCG industry.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer the phone & assist customers with their queries
  • Assist walk in customers
  • Follow up on customer queries
  • Marketing
  • Sales (including cold calling)
  • Filing
  • General admin
  • Assist managers with any task assigned
  • Assist colleagues when requested

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Matric
  • Driver’s license is a requirement and reliable transport to and from the office
  • PC literate and familiar with the MS Office Suit – further the ideal candidate must be technology savvy and be able to assist with generic IT issues, set up phones, solve printer issues
  • Previous AS400 experience / exposure will be an added advantage.
  • Sales and marketing experience (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Excellent personal hygiene
  • Well presented
  • Must be detailed orientated and execute instructions correctly
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Must be able to prioritise and commit to deadlines
  • Must be punctual
  • Must be able to treat requests from Management as urgent and provide prompt feedback

Package & Remuneration

  • Salary: Negotiable
