Disruptive IT Job Vacancy And How to Apply

Job Objectives

Working together with People Partners and L&D stakeholders to define the business requirements for youth-related programmes. Actively engaging with operational teams to determine how Youth Programmes and resources can benefit their capacity planning and respective pipeline succession plans (foundational learning opportunities to enhance a career with the Group). Providing inputs for the Youth Development strategy and new opportunities. Overseeing and providing ongoing status reports on the Yes Programme, Retail Readiness Programme and any new programmes. Working very closely with the operational service delivery teams – in recruitment and/or the divisions to ensure that all recruitment and/or training related activities are proactively planned and supported. For all existing and new youth programmes, developing and maintaining the project scope, business case and/or other requirements, including but not limited to: Defining project tasks and resource requirements and developing project plans. Identifying stakeholders: People Partners, L&D, Graduate and Youth Recruitment and/or as relevant. Managing budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for projects. Tracking progress and delivery – monitoring and managing project delivery against milestones, deadlines, and budget. Providing reporting or insights related to youth projects – overseeing administration related to L&D youth projects – including reporting requirements per sectoral or other regulatory training/skills requirements. Managing and mitigating project risks. Providing support to the L&D team and other project participants to deliver an enhanced youth learning experience. Conduct frequent check-ins with business stakeholders and programme participants to gather programme feedback to create a continuous improvement feedback loop.

Qualifications

Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Development, Project Management,

Experience

Knowledge and Skills

Development studies or equivalent – (beneficial).

+1 year in an L&D or CSI orientated environment with exposure to youth and related project management or equivalent role, delivering within brand-related frameworks, policies, procedures, and guidelines – (essential).

Demonstrable knowledge of youth programmes and project management, including budgets and reporting of these initiatives within the retail sector and/or NGO, development sector- (essential).

This is a 6 month fixed term contract.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From R19,000.00 per month
