- Cooks – Hot Kitchen
- Demi Chef de Partie
- Chef de Partie
- Sous Chef – preferred previous ship experience
- Chef Tournant – preferred previous ship experience
- Chef de Cuisine – preferred previous ship experience
- Butchers
The minimum age for all applicants is 21 years, clear criminal, and medical record.
- Must have a Professional Culinary Qualification
- Must have at least 2 years practical experience in a Hotel/Resort/Restaurant Operation
