Job Description

We are looking for a young and dynamic business administrator (junior), who will also perform assistant tasks for the management team and CEO.

This position works directly with senior management, our suppliers and clients, and will involve a broad range of responsibilities. Tasks will include (but are not limited to):

  • Schedule meetings with clients and suppliers.
  • Support the management team and CEO with various tasks.
  • Collect and/or delivery of documents and/or goods.
  • Email monitoring and responses.
  • Basic business administration, such as generating invoices, filing, document management, salary admin, finance and expense claim admin.
  • Other office and reception admin, such as organising office space, supporting staff and catering.
  • Organise, execute, and assist with team activities, work on special projects.

Remuneration is market related, with opportunity for regular performance bonuses. Allowances are in place for mobile phone, travel and connectivity.

Desired Skills and Expertise


  • Computer literate and be able to work with email, Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
  • Excellent interpersonal, telephone and communication skills.
  • Presentable, able to work with clients, ability to communicate well and participate in meetings.
  • Strong emphasis on organisational, implementation, and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Well organised, good schedule keeping and being proactive.
  • Be adaptable, learn quickly and take on a diverse set of responsibilities and tasks.

  • At least 2 years of experience in business administration, executive personal assistant, management support or receptionist related work.

Part-time hours: 40 per week

Expected Start Date: 2022/02/01

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

Salary: R8,000.00 – R12,000.00 per month
