Munkulu Professional Services Job Vacancy And How to Apply
We are currently looking to employ a candidate who will provide an effective link between all Retail customers and our Company. The individual will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints effectively and effectively promote our Brand.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Matric/Grade 12 as a minimum qualification. The degree is preferable.
- Relevant customer service experience in a Horticulture field/Industry / FMCG ENVIRONMENT
The roles and responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
- Reaching targets;
- Customer Care;
- Order Queries ; Order entry, credits
- Key Customer Liaison with major chain stores
- Stock Management with major chain stores
Competencies abilities required:
- Good communication skills
- Critical thinking
- Good report writing skills
- Analytical skills
- Time management skill;
- Persuasion skills ; and
- Reliability and trust worthiness.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Experience:
- Customer service in a Horticulture industry/FMCG Environment: 5 years (Required)
