Introduction
The incumbent will be responsible to assist the hub manager with daily Food operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ultimately responsible for all food deliveries
- Late complaints / SLA breach adjustments
- Responsible for all delivery execution
- Read and respond to notes on the branch dashboard
- Escalate relevant notes to the order success team
- Manage driver availability (Online and available)
- Manage order acceptance and execution appropriately
- Provide updates to drivers
- Exceptions
- Operational Management Metrics
- Rain simcard deliveries
- Restuarant setup
- Accepting and delivering rain simcard orders
- Managing unsuccessful and failed deliveries
Desired Experience & Qualification
Grade 12
Previous supervisory experience would be an added advantage
Computer literate
