Ensure effective and efficient management of the Field services operational requirements through the use of available resources. To support both internal and external customers according to STOWE policies and procedures. Extended working hours are fundamental requirements. Contractual understanding, Quality Assurance implementation and customer consultation. Mentorship and guidance of engineers & technicians.
Job Specifications include but are not limited to:
v Incident Management and Implementation – 60 %
o End to end management of OSR process
§ SLA management
§ Resource management
§ Escalation management
§ On-Site Request analysis and interpretation
§ Joint response management
§ Fieldmetrix and documentation validation
o Provide guidance to the technical team
o Management of skill levels within team (training)
o Upward feedback
v Administration & Tool Management – 20 %
o Administration to be completed as per internal policies and procedures
o Validation of team admin as per internal policies and procedures
o Boot Stock Management and reporting
o Hardware Tools
o Software Tools
v HSSE Requirements – 10 %
o Understand HSSE and PPE requirements
o Implement and drive HSSE in teams
o Implement processes to keep Safety File updated
Requirements:
– Grade 12 Qualification
– A+ and N+ (CompTIA) Certification or NQF 5 equivalent
– At Least 3 – 5 Year IT industry experience
– Driver’s License
– Passport
Contract length: 12 months
Expected Start Date: 2022/02/01
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Salary: R13,000.00 – R15,000.00 per month
