This scholarship is funded by the UMF -Lawrence Alan Spiegel Remembrance Scholarship and The Holocaust Human Rights Center of Maine for UMF students.

- Any high school senior, or homeschooled senior, who is a resident of Maine and who has been accepted at any accredited college, university, or technical school that is Title IV eligible.
