Job Description
- Be energetic, confident and courteous when managing our front of house.
- Greet and welcome all colleagues and staff and make them feel at home in our showroom.
- Be an ambassador for WOMAG at all times, set an example by engaging with colleagues and customers in professional and friendly manner.
- Handling of switchboard.
- Taking accurate messages for the relevant departments when unavailable.
- Assisting walk in clients and direct them to the relevant departments.
- Maintain a record of all walk in clients.
- Ensure that reception area is always tidy, clean and neat.
- Provide general administrative assistance as and when required.
- Keeping the boardroom in good order.
- Keeping stock of stationery and office supplies and order as and when required.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU NEED TO
- Be confident and courteous, vibrant and dynamic, respectful and polite.
- Have a lively personality with a spirit of initiative.
- Pay attention to detail and be 100% committed.
- Ensure a high degree of loyalty, trustworthiness and confidentiality.
- Portray good time management, discipline and organization skills.
- Resilient, driven and hardworking.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Senior Certificate
- Well-spoken, presentable and proficient in English
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in reception will be advantageous
